Superannuation Fund Member Portal

The company, a retail superannuation fund, aimed to increase member retention and attract younger demographics. The goal was to enhance the user experience of their member portal to encourage long-term engagement.

Viator Accelerate is a program designed to help tour operators increase visibility and bookings by offering greater exposure in exchange for a higher commission rate.

Enhancing the Booking Flow

Tripadvisor (Viator) - 2024

Travellers were encountering friction in the booking process due to:

  • Disjointed information architecture across Product Detail Pages (PDP) and checkout pages

  • Critical information (eg. availability, cancellation policies, pickup logistics) being hidden or inconsistently presented

  • Lack of a final confirmation checkpoint before payment, leading to user hesitation or abandonment

I led a UX research initiative to redesign the booking flow for a travel e-commerce platform.
