mtribes is a SAAS product that allows users to schedule highly personalised, targeted Experiences to different segments of users.

I worked at Deltatre (formerly Massive Interactive) for 2 years as a Associate UX/UI Designer. I spent a portion of that time in the consultancy side and over a year in the product side of the company.

In the product side of the business I was tasked with feature development. Working in an agile environment I explored conceptualisation of new features by creating and testing multiple ideas against user flows, as well as creating in depth annotated wireframes and prototypes. By pitching these designs to the heads of business, I was able to rapidly iterate on these designs within the 2 week sprint structure to prepare them for handover to the Developer teams. After the designs had been implemented, it was also my responsibility to ensure that what had been developed matched the designs in appearance and functionality before it would pass my review. I also had to work within the restrictions of the design system and the technical feasibility when designing features. The niche nature of the product meant that it was designed to solve highly complex problems and the audits I conducted for empty states and error messaging required logical and rational decision making skills and sound reasoning. The product launched in April 2020.

Case Studies

Empty States

I sorted through the whole of the mtribes website and created an audit of everywhere an empty state occurs. I also faced the challenge of creating empty states that were informative, directive and fit within the mtribes design system.

Product builder for Customised Experience and Collections

I researched and created initial concepts for the product creation section of tribes. this involved designing the information hierarchy and the drag and drop interactions as well as differentiating the Collection and Experience sections visually.
